3 Roles and Responsibilities

The development and implementation of the FCIS is considered one of this years key and showcase project of the company. As a project, it is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service or result (Project Management, Institute, 2004). The unique product would indeed be the FCIS and to realize this vision, the Director of Marketing formed a core project team experienced in project management, systems analysis and design and applications software development. The project team shall comprise of eight (8) personnel task with the following responsibilities:

4 Project Manager (1)

Manages and monitors the delivery of the technology components for the successful implementation of the project;
Reviews management project plan to determine the time frame, procedures for accomplishing the project and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project;
Controls and monitors project scheduling and implementation, budget review, contract review and project progress; and
Final deliverables are the completed FCIS and all documentations

5 Senior Systems Analyst (1)

Examine existing system models and information flow in the current system;
Discuss examination results with the client and then formulate a design of an appropriate Fitness
