We will have the best salary/benefit package in the industry in order to attract the best talent. Work environment is also key to attracting and retaining talent. Therefore, the third component will be the development of an organizational culture that encourages top people to seize opportunities as they arise. The ability for top people to identify and pursue such opportunities without a burdensome, top-down structure or inertia-driven culture is critical.
The fourth component will be training. We will not only bring top people into the organization, but we will make them better. The training program will be multidisciplinary, to give our people all of the tools they need to excel, rather than merely giving them some of the tools they need to function.
