...... In looking at organizations and even the government, the sad fact though is that bad politics is more prevalent than good politics. Oftentimes, the maintenance of power and politics take forefront instead of getting the organization to function based on its mandate. There is a clamor too of power distribution and those in on the game has a work attitude that is defined based on who he or she is allied with. In terms of motivation, it is not having a job and salary that matters but whether he or she needs to work harder to gain more power. The individual also tries to make the moves to be able to talk to the right people and try to form alliances with the stronger and more powerful ones. Inevitably, the organization will suffer because instead of fulfilling the vision and mission, power play and political game becomes the strategy for survival. Sometimes there is no end in sight as this becomes a continuing event a struggle between good politics and bad politics. Sadly, it seems that there are more Bad Politicians in the business world than Good. Perhaps this is because the Bad Ones have gotten ahead and
