Creativity or the ability to see the need of customers needs in the context of a companys inherent strengths, whether it is a start-up or an existing organization, is critical for entrepreneurialism to flourish in companies. In the company I work for, creativity is highly valued as is the ability to integrate together dissimilar concepts and ideas to create new products and services.
